The website provides information about services and allows visitors to submit enquiries. Payments are not processed through the website.

3) Services

Keyword Kraft may provide, among others:

  • website development (Joomla and related web work)
  • SEO services
  • maintenance and support
  • hosting support (note: clients usually purchase hosting and domains themselves)
  • consulting and digital strategy
  • email marketing support (where agreed)

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price are agreed in writing (for example by email, proposal, or invoice).

4) Quotes, scope, and changes

  • Quotes are based on the requirements you provide.
  • If requirements change or new tasks are requested, we may issue a revised quote or charge additional fees.
  • Estimated timelines depend on your responsiveness and delivery of required inputs.

5) Client responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate information and timely feedback
  • provide required access (for example hosting, domain, CMS admin, analytics or ad accounts) when needed
  • ensure you have the right to use any content you provide (texts, images, logos, data)
  • review and approve deliverables before publishing/launch where applicable

If delays occur due to missing information, access, or approvals, deadlines may shift accordingly.

The client declares that they are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under applicable law. "Keyword Kraft" is not responsible for providing incorrect information regarding the client's age.

6) Pricing, invoicing, and third-party costs

  • Pricing and payment terms are agreed per project and confirmed in writing.
  • You are responsible for third-party costs unless explicitly agreed otherwise, including but not limited to: hosting, domain registration, paid plugins/extensions, stock images, fonts, email tools, and advertising spend.

Payments are not processed through the website.

7) Ongoing services, monthly subscriptions, and cancellation

If you purchase ongoing monthly services (for example maintenance/support/retainer):

  • you may cancel with 30 days’ written notice by email
  • fees remain payable up to the end of the notice period

8) SEO and marketing disclaimer (no guaranteed results)

SEO and marketing outcomes depend on external factors (competition, algorithm changes, budgets, technical constraints, your approvals, and content). For this reason:

  • we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, revenue, or lead volume
  • any projections or estimates are informational and not a promise

9) Intellectual property and portfolio use

Unless agreed otherwise in writing:

Ownership transfer

  • After full payment, ownership of the custom design and deliverables created specifically for you is transferred to you.
  • This does not include third-party materials, tools, or licenses (for example paid plugins, stock images, fonts), which remain subject to their own license terms.
  • You are responsible for licensing any third-party assets you request.

Portfolio

We may showcase completed work in our portfolio (for example screenshots, descriptions, and links).

Footer credit

You agree to keep a visible footer credit link indicating the site was developed by Keyword Kraft, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. The credit must not be hidden or made intentionally difficult to see.

10) Third-party services and recommendations

We may recommend or help integrate third-party services (for example hosting providers, analytics tools, plugins, marketing platforms). We are not responsible for:

  • third-party outages or service interruptions
  • third-party policy changes
  • third-party fees or pricing changes
  • losses caused by third-party systems beyond our control

11) Acceptable use of the website

You must not:

  • attempt unauthorized access, scanning, scraping, or disruption of the site
  • introduce malware, spam, or harmful content
  • submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content via our forms
  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

We may block access or ignore submissions that appear abusive, spammy, or unlawful.

12) Consumer information (EU/EEA)

If you are a consumer (not acting for business purposes), you may have mandatory rights under consumer protection laws.

Right of withdrawal: Where applicable, EU consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. This right can be limited if you request that services begin immediately and acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, or proportionate costs may apply for work performed. Any such terms will be confirmed in writing for the specific project.

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption)
  • our total liability for claims related to a specific service is limited to the amount you paid for that service

14) No warranty

Except where explicitly agreed in writing:

  • services are provided “as is” and “as available”
  • we do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that all issues can be prevented (especially where third-party systems are involved)

15) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes shall be handled by the competent Bulgarian courts, unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the current version.
